ARTICOLO 1 – ORGANIZZAZIONE INTRODUCTION

Il Genoa Cricket and Football Club indice ed organizza un Torneo a carattere Internazionale denominato:
14° Torneo Giovanile del Centenario “James Spensley “ 2006 - Coppa Giuseppe Piccardo –
in collaborazione con :
- C.O.N.I. Regionale della Liguria
- ENDAS
- Associazioni dei Sostenitori Genoani
e con la partecipazione di :
- Regione Liguria
- Province della Liguria
- Comune di Genova ed altri Comuni interessati
- Consigli di Circoscrizione del Comune di Genova
- Aziende di Promozione Turistica della Liguria

che si disputerà dal 6 al 10 Settembre 2006 presso gli impianti sportivi , nei giorni e negli orari specificati nell’allegato calendario delle gare.

The Genoa Cricket and Football Club summons and organizes an international Tourney named 14th Torneo Internazionale Giovanile del
Centenario “James Spensley 2006” –Giuseppe Piccardo Cup – in collaboration with:
- The Regional C.O.N.I. of Liguria
- The E.N.D.A.S.
- The Associations of Genoa’s supporters
and the partecipation of :
- The Liguria’s Region
- The Liguria’s Province
- The Genoa’s Commune and the other Liguria’s interested Communes
- The Councils of Circoscriptions of Genoa’s Commune
That will be plaied from September 6 to September 10 2006 on the playgrounds and at the hours specified in the Calendar fixed by Organieze Committee.

ARTICOLO 2 – CATEGORIA DI PARTECIPAZIONE E LIMITI DI ETA’ PARTECIPATING CATEGORY AND AGE LIMITS

Il Torneo e’ riservato ai calciatori appartenenti alla categoria “ Giovanissimi B “ regolarmente tesserati F.I.G.C. con la propria Società per la stagione in corso , nati dal 1 gennaio 1993 al compimento anagrafico del 12° anno di età.

The Tourney is reserved to the football players born from January 1st 1993 and that have 12 years of age and regularly registered to their National Football Federation.

ARTICOLO 3 – PRESTITI LOANS

E’ consentito il ricorso a prestiti, in numero massimo di 3 ( tre ) per squadra, non intercambiabili e validi per l’intera durata del Torneo, previa presentazione di regolare nulla osta rilasciato dalla Società di appartenenza che non può essere tra le partecipanti al Torneo.

It is allowed the recourse to the loans, maximum n° 3 ( three) for team, not interchangeable and valid during the total duration of the Tourney, upon presentation of regular permission issued by their Club that it will not participate to the Tourney.

ARTICOLO 4 – ELENCHI GIOCATORI PLAYER’S LIST

Le Società partecipanti dovranno presentare all’organizzazione del Torneo, prima del suo inizio, l’elenco dei calciatori che intendono
utilizzare, sino ad un massimo di 18.
Dopo l’avvenuta consegna, è proibito apportare modifiche a tali elenchi.
Nelle distinte da presentare all’arbitro prima della gara, saranno indicati fino ad un massimo di 18 giocatori.

The Teams will must to hand in to Organize Committee, before the start of Tourney, a note containing the names of all players that will play the match (maximum 18 players).
In the note that must present to the arbiter will be signed a maximum of 18 players.

ARTICOLO 5 – SOSTITUZIONI SUBSTITUTIONS

Sono previste 7 (sette) sostituzioni indipendentemente dal ruolo ed in qualsiasi momento della gara.
Solo nel caso in cui dovesse verificarsi un infortunio , la cui gravità non permettesse ad un calciatore di riprendere il gioco e fossero già state effettuate tutte le sostituzioni , lo stesso potrà essere sostituito con uno dei calciatori della panchina uscito in precedenza.

Are permitted n° 7 (seven) substitutions, indipendent from the rule and in not import in when part of the game.
Should any accident occur, which seriousness prevents to a player to go back to the play and all substitutions have been made, the player can be replaced with one of the players of the bench substituted previously.

ARTICOLO 7 – FORMULA DEL TORNEO DEVELOPMENT OF TOURNEY

Il Torneo si svolgerà secondo la seguente formula:
The Tourney will be plaied according to the following rules:

A) GIRONI ELIMINATORI ELIMINATORY SERIES
Le 16 squadre partecipanti saranno suddivise in 4 gironi eliminatori e si incontreranno in gare di sola andata .
The 16 Teams will be subdivide by the O.C. in 4 eliminatory series.

B) OTTAVI DI FINALE EIGHT-FINALS
Disputeranno gli ottavi di finale 16 squadre:
le 4 squadre classificate al primo posto contro le 4 squadre classificate al quarto posto le 4 squadre classificate al secondo posto contro le 4 squadre classificate al terzo posto dei gironi eliminatori

Will play the eight-finals 16 Teams:
the four ( 4 ) Teams classificated at the first place against the four ( 4 ) Teams classificated at the fourth place and the four ( 4 ) Teams classificated at the second place against the four ( 4 ) Teams at the third place of eliminatory series.

C) QUARTI DI FINALE QUARTER-FINALS

Disputeranno i quarti di finale le 8 squadre vincenti le gare degli ottavi.

The eight ( 8 ) winners Teams of the matches of the eight-finals will play the quarters-finals.

D) SEMIFINALI SEMI-FINALS

Disputeranno le semifinali le 4 squadre vincenti le gare dei quarti.

The four ( 4 ) Teams winners the matches of quarters-finals will play the semifinals.

E) FINALE FINAL

Le 2 squadre vincenti le gare di semifinale disputeranno la finale .
Prima della finale, verrà disputato un incontro tra una selezione dei migliori calciatori delle squadre estere ed una selezione dei
migliori calciatori delle squadre Liguri . Le squadre verranno composte da 16 calciatori ( 2 per ogni squadra ), in base alle indicazioni fornite dai vari allenatori durante le partite delle fasi eliminatorie.

The two ( 2 ) Teams winners the semifinals matches will play the final.
Before of the final, it will play a match between a selection of the best players of the foreign teams and a selection of the best players of the Ligurian teams.
The teams will be made up of 16 (sixteen) players ( two for each team ) on the basis of the suggestions of the various trainers during the matches of the qualifying rounds.

ARTICOLO 8 – CLASSIFICHE POSITION

Le classifiche saranno redatte in base ai seguenti criteri :
- 3 punti per la vittoria
- 1 punto per il pareggio.
- esito degli scontri diretti
- differenza reti sul totale degli incontri disputati
- maggior numero di reti segnate sul totale degli incontri disputati
- sorteggio

The Teams of each eliminatory series will meet in first eliminatories matches:
- For each victorious match will be assigned 3 points;
- For each drew match will be assigned 1 point.
In case of drew from two or plus Teams the winner will be the Team with:
- Winner of a direct game;
- The best goals difference;
- The major number of goals signed on the total of plaied games;
- Drawing.

ARTICOLO 9 – TEMPI DI GARA GAME’S TIMES

Le gare si svolgeranno in due tempi della durata di 25 minuti ciascuno , con intervallo tra i due tempi di 10 minuti .

The matches will be plaied in two parts of 25 minutes each.

ARTICOLO 10 – CALCI DI RIGORE PENALTY-TICKS

Le gare degli ottavi, dei quarti, delle semifinali e la finale saranno disputate tutte ad eliminazione diretta e, in caso di parità al termine dei tempi regolamentari , si procederà subito all’esecuzione dei calci di rigore con le modalità stabilite dalla regola n.° 7 delle regole di gioco e delle decisioni ufficiali.

The matches of eight-finals, quarter-finals, semi-finals and final will be plaied by direct eliminatory and, in case of drew, at the end of regular parts, will match by penalty-kicks according to the rule n° 7 of the game’s rules and official establishments.

ARTICOLO 11 – ARBITRI REFEREES

Le gare saranno dirette da arbitri F.I.G.C. / A.I.A.

Referees F.I.G.C./A.I.A. will referees the match

ARTICOLO 12 – DISCIPLINA DEL TORNEO DISCIPLINARY REGULATIONS

La disciplina del Torneo viene affidata al Giudice Sportivo titolare o supplente del Comitato Regionale Liguria .

The disciplinary regulations is entrust to the Sportiv Judge of Field for Young and Scholastics activities - Comitato Regionale Liguria.

ARTICOLO 13 – AUTOMATISMO DELLE SANZIONI
AUCTOMATICALLY MEASURES

E’ previsto l’automatismo delle sanzioni con le seguenti modalità :
- Il giocatore espulso durante una gara non potrà partecipare alla gara successiva, salvo maggiori sanzioni inflitte dal Giudice Sportivo .
- Il giocatore che nel corso del Torneo incorre nella seconda ammonizione sarà squalificato per una gara su declaratoria del Giudice Sportivo.
- Le ammonizioni pendenti dai gironi eliminatori saranno azzerate prima dell’inizio degli ottavi.

Is prewiews the authomatisms of disciplinary measures according to the following rules:
- The expelled player will not be able to partecipate to the next game. The Judge will can apply others disciplinary measures;
- The player that during the Tourney gives two recallings will be squalificated for a game on declaration from Judge.
Before the starting of the eight-finals all the recalling pending from the eliminatory series will be set at zero.

ARTICOLO 14 – RECLAMI COMPLAINTS

Eventuali reclami dovranno essere presentati entro 30 minuti dalla fine della gara accompagnati dalla tassa di euro 16 (Euro sedici) .
Copia del reclamo dovrà essere consegnata alla controparte sempre nel termine di 30 minuti dalla fine della gara.

If some Teams have complaints these must be presented before of 30 minutes from the end of the game paying euro 16.00 for taxes.
A copy of the complaint will must consigned to the other part before of 30 minutes from the end of the game.

ARTICOLO 15 – NORME GENERALI GENERAL RULES

Per quanto non previsto dal presente regolamento , valgono le disposizioni dei Regolamenti Federali in quanto compatibili , e quelle riportate sul comunicato ufficiale n.° 1 del Settore Giovanile e Scolastico relativo alla stagione sportiva in corso .

For all that is not contemplated in this Rules will be applicated the rules of Federal Rules and the rules reported in the official communicate n° 1 of the F.I.G.C. – Field for Young and Scholastics activities and concerning the season 2006/2007.

ARTICOLO 16 – REGOLE RULES

Il torneo sarà diretto secondo le regole della International Football Association Board ( I.F.A.B. ) ultima edizione.

The Tourney will be direct according to the Rules of International Football Association Board (I.F.A.B.) last edition.
